Each parishioner will make one nomination, themselves or someone else. If you nominate someone else, please be aware of whether they wish to serve.
To be on the committee, one must possess spiritual maturity, the ability to work collaboratively, the ability to listen openly and thoughtfully to others, and the ability to represent the interests of the entire parish rather than any particular group or viewpoint.
The candidate will be expected to attend regular/weekly in-person meetings. They will need to complete readings and studies on their own time outside of meetings. They will need to commit to strict and total confidentiality throughout the search process.
They must be reliable, dedicated, and have a willingness to fulfill the responsibilities of this ministry.
